Job Description

Ø  8 Years of experience in OKTA Support Space.

Ø  Okta Certification is required.

Ø  3+ years of experience in Customer Support and technical support.

Ø  Experience supporting Identity Access Management

Ø  Experience supporting LDAP, SSO, SAML, or WS-Fed

Ø  Take end-to-end ownership of questions and issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution.

Ø  Write code/script to build user scenarios using Okta API and SDKs, to reproduce issues.

Ø  Collect information and document bugs with Engineering for API and product issues.

Ø  Provide feedback to the training and documentation organization so that common or emerging issues can be addressed before they become serious or widespread.

Ø  Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry standard practices to come up with process improvements

Ø  Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness of responses and overall customer experience.

Ø  Deliver against customer experience and efficiency targets.

Ø  Excellent customer service and communication skills in variety of forms (written, live chat, conference calls, in-person.)

Ø  Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as a part of a team.

Ø  Excellent analytical and organizational abilities both from a high level and deeply granular viewpoint.

Ø  Ability to remain calm, composed and articulate when dealing with tough customer situations.

Ability to support 24/7 in 3 shifts.
