What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Assist business units of client (one of the largest companies in the world) to close their financial books for period-end (Month / Quarter / Year) and enable them to report financial results Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) involves budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing a companys financial performance. It helps in making informed business decisions by evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights. Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Reconciliation of assigned accounts in General Ledger to their independent source. • Processing periodic / regular journals either based on standing instructions from client or as an adhoc request from client, after carrying out necessary checks per prescribed process • Assist the client in the exercise of financial control over books by performing such checks as may be prescribed • Prepare any reports or financial information for use by client • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
