Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to analyze complex financial data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate meaningful insights.
- Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Strong communication skills to present financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
