What would you do? Provide end to end process expertise input to the process team’s global design preparationDrive and compile leading practices, and process design considerations incorporating build to operate efficiency design principlesProvide input into the technology enablement (Workday) and assist in identifying automation opportunities and address process administration gapsProvide input, where needed on service delivery components needed for policy harmonizationParticipate in global design authority discussions and provide input to any service delivery componentsWork with the PMEs to document process narratives and localization requirements needed for SOP creationCompile localization practices to help with localization preparationParticipate in the localization sessions and provide leading practice input in administering local processesProvide input and compile end to end process scenariosParticipate in testing end to end processes in order to get familiarization of various system and process scenarios for SOP creationLead the SOP build for each process areaManage the Process Matter Experts in building out SOPWork with their client counterparts to review and validate completeness of SOP contentLead the training and service rehearsal activities for their process areasTrain BPO process SMEsHelp the transition management teams to plan, coordinate and monitor successful execution of training and SRT Monitor training and service rehearsal results and progress and help the transition team resolve issues and gaps
