Job Title: HR ExecutiveJob Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage hiring, employee records, and day-to-day HR activities. The role involves supporting employees and ensuring smooth office operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Hiring:
• Post job openings, screen resumes, call candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Employee Onboarding:
• Help new employees join the company and complete documentation.
• Attendance & Records:
• Maintain employee data, attendance, and leave records.
• Employee Support:
• Handle employee queries and solve basic HR issues.
• Payroll Coordination:
• Work with accounts team for salary processing.
• Policy Implementation:
• Ensure company rules and policies are followed.
• Exit Process:
• Manage resignations and full & final settlement.
• Skills Required:Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
• Organizational and multitasking ability
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Qualification:Graduate (any stream)
• HR experience is a plus (0–2 years can apply)
• Work Environment:Office-based job
• Fixed working hours
• Team coordination required
