Job Title: Graduate Support – Enablement Specialist,  Associate

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Description

• The Graduate Support Enablement team is responsible for all centrally managed aspects of the Deutsche Bank Graduate Training programmes.
• You will project manage all transactional aspects of the training lifecycle.
• You will be responsible for the planning and co-ordination of centrally managed programs. You will liaise with the wider Graduate team globally to cover tasks such as vendor scheduling, budgets.

Your key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project tasks to ensure timely delivery of graduate training programmes

• Assist in managing vendor relationships

• Manage the invoice process for training

• Create project related quality reports, PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets

• Assist in answering training queries

• Continuous ongoing improvement of Enablement processes

• Work in partnership with regional teams to execute delivery in global locations

• Management of rotation and final placements including matching of area and graduate profiles

Your skills and experience

You will have: 

• Excellent project management skills including the ability to prioritize key tasks and deliverables together with Divisional and Regional leads

• Experience in Cost and Risk Management

• Knowledge of business services or professional services experience in a global context

• Commercial experience of operating in different markets or cultures (an advantage but not critical)

• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills

• A track record of executing in time pressured environment

• Problem solving skills

• A professional and proactive approach

• The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment 

• Graduate Program Management/Training Exposure (an advantage but not critical)
