As an HR Technology Workday Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading complex, multi‑module Workday projects across all functional areas — including Talent, Total Rewards, HR Service Delivery, and Payroll & Time — ensuring integrated architecture, cross‑portfolio alignment, and scalable enterprise solutions
  • Driving Workday configuration, solution design, and functional execution across Core HCM, business processes, security, and related modules, ensuring high‑quality, user‑centered, globally consistent design
  • Providing senior‑level functional oversight, coaching, and quality assurance for HR Workday analysts, elevating delivery standards and strengthening functional capability across the team
  • Establishing and enforcing rigorous configuration standards, documentation practices, governance controls, and testing discipline, ensuring audit readiness, change control stability, and release quality
  • Partnering closely with HR Technology Portfolio Managers to deliver enhancements, roadmap commitments, and major initiatives, ensuring functional alignment, clear prioritization, and seamless execution across portfolios

Your Skills and Expertise

Basic Qualifications

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Minimum eight (8) years of HR Technology experience
  • Minimum eight (8) years of Workday configuration experience across Core HCM and related functional areas
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience leading or overseeing Workday functional operations or analyst teams

Preferred Qualifications

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Advanced Workday configuration experience across all Workday modules
  • Experience designing scalable, global, multi‑module Workday solutions
  • Workday Pro certification
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Work Location & Additional Information

Bangalore, Karnataka — Hybrid Mode (2-3 days in a week)
