Job SummaryWithU HR Solutions is looking for passionate and result-driven IT Recruiters (Freshers & Experienced) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT roles and should have strong sourcing and communication skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Screen resumes based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate database and update regularly
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles
• Close positions within defined timelines
• Key Skills RequiredGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of IT recruitment (for experienced candidates)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Negotiation and coordination skills
• QualificationAny Graduate (MBA in HR is an added advantage)

Experience CriteriaFor Freshers (0–1 Year):

• Basic understanding of recruitment
• Strong interest in HR/IT hiring
• Willingness to learn

For Experienced (1–3 Years):

• Hands-on experience in IT recruitment
• Experience working on IT roles (Developers, QA, Support, etc.)
• Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
• Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment independently
• Working DetailsWorking Days: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
