Role Summary: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Architect / AI Senior Associate to join PwC’s AI & Data practice. This is a client‑facing role requiring close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to design, implement, and scale AI solutions. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of AI solutioning, technical leadership, and delivery excellence while reporting to a Manager or Senior Manager. 

Responsibilities 

PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: 

 AI Solution Delivery & Architecture 

• Lead end‑to‑end design and delivery of AI solutions across Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI 

• Define AI solution architectures leveraging microservices and event‑driven architectures 

• Design, evaluate, and optimize ML models to meet business and performance objectives 

• Drive prompt engineering strategies for scalable and reliable GenAI implementations 

• Implement and operationalize MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management 

• Leverage multiple cloud platform for AI solution development and deployment 

Generative AI & Advanced AI Capabilities 

• Build GenAI solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and OpenAI APIs 

• Design and integrate vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, and Weaviate 

• Develop agentic AI workflows to enable autonomous and semi‑autonomous systems 

• Evaluate model performance, cost, latency, and scalability tradeoffs 

AI Strategy, Governance & Responsible AI 

• Support clients in defining AI strategy, roadmaps, and value realization 

• Embed AI governance and Responsible AI practices into solution design and delivery 

• Ensure compliance with risk, ethics, and regulatory considerations across AI use cases 

• Drive change management and adoption of AI solutions within client organizations 

Client & Stakeholder Management 

• Serve as a trusted AI advisor to client stakeholders 

• Translate business problems into AI‑driven solution approaches 

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences effectively 

• Support leadership in solutioning, proposals, and RFP responses 

Team Leadership & Collaboration 

• Provide technical leadership to cross‑functional delivery teams 

• Mentor and coach junior team members on AI, ML, and GenAI concepts 

• Collaborate across engineering, data, product, and business teams 

• Promote a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement

B.E./B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MBA (Technology) or equivalent
