Job Description & Summary: A career within Enterprise Architecture services, will provide you with the opportunity to bring our clients a competitive advantage through defining their technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising architectural solutions that help them achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements. We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Lead end-to-end Dayforce payroll/WFM implementations for global clients. 
Configure Dayforce payroll/WFM/HR modules to meet country-specific compliance and business requirements. 
Collaborate with client stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT to ensure successful deployment. 
Conduct system testing, data validation, and go-live support. 
Provide training and post-implementation support to client teams. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll/WFM/HR operations and systems. 
Proven experience implementing Dayforce WFM/Payroll/HR for US, Canada, and global clients. 
Strong understanding of international payroll regulations and compliance. 
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. 
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. 

Preferred skill sets: 

 

Dayforce certification(s) or formal training. 
Experience with other HRIS platforms is a plus. 
Prior consulting or client-facing experience in a global environment.

B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
