You will analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle supply chain and operations applications. Responsibilities

  Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) and related modules.  

  Work on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order creation, orchestration, fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing.  

  Configure Order Management rules, orchestration processes, pricing, shipping parameters, and workflows.  

  Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.  

  Perform endtoend solution design, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and production support.  

  Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with Oracle Support as needed.  

  Ensure integration between OM and related modules like Inventory, Procurement, SCM, Finance (AR).  

  Prepare functional documentation: BRDs, MD50/MD60, user guides, and test scripts.  

  Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new releases.  

  Work closely with technical teams for data migration, reports, and integrations.  

  Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
