As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

*Responsibilities: 

· 10+ years of BA experience in IT projects with total I Manage multiple projects concurrently with a focus on Digital Marketing cloud solutions. · Work closely with North American clients, providing support aligned with EST and PST time zones. · Apply project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, and agile Scrum practices.

· Maintain rigor in project management best practices with Agile/SCRUM and/or PMI certification

· Coordinate with IT application development teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

· Drive innovative problem solving, conflict resolution, and detailed project coordination

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team management skills.

*Mandatory skill sets 

• 10 to 12 Minimum 8 years of experience, with overall experience ranging from 8 to 16 years.

• MBA degree is required, with a background in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred.

• Engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech) combined with an MBA.

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects and teams.
