Summary:
As an Infrastructure Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with various teams to assist in defining requirements for data center technology components. The role includes designing and building these components while ensuring thorough testing efforts are conducted. This position requires active engagement in the development and implementation of infrastructure solutions that support organizational needs, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment focused on delivering reliable and efficient technology systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Monitor and evaluate infrastructure performance to recommend improvements and optimizations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Strong understanding of network architecture and virtualization technologies.
- Ability to develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Skilled in performance tuning and capacity planning for cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
