Summary:
As an Infrastructure Solution Architect, a typical day involves actively supporting sales teams by evaluating client infrastructure challenges and crafting tailored solutions to address these needs. This role requires engaging with clients to understand their engineering requirements and representing the infrastructure perspective throughout the sales process. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions align with client expectations and business objectives, fostering strong relationships and driving successful deal closures.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Facilitate communication between sales, engineering, and client teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout project lifecycles.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Strong experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Expertise in infrastructure automation and configuration management tools.
- Ability to design scalable and reliable infrastructure architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Skilled in monitoring, logging, and performance optimization of infrastructure systems.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
