Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in utility business processes, requirement gathering, solution design, and Oracle Utilities WACS configuration. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver end-to-end Oracle Utilities WACS implementations and support engagements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from utility clients.
Conduct workshops and discussions with business stakeholders.
Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), solution designs, and process flows.
Configure Oracle Utilities WACS modules based on business requirements.
Support Work Management, Asset Management, Maintenance, Inspections, and Materials Management processes.
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations.
Participate in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support activities.
Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and validation documents.
Support data migration and master data validation activities.
Provide user training, go-live support, and hypercare support.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including GIS, CC&B, MDM, and Oracle Cloud applications.
Ensure delivery follows Agile/Scrum methodologies and project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong experience in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS).
Knowledge of utility business processes in Electric, Gas, or Water utilities.
Experience in: Work Management, Asset Register, Asset Maintenance & Inspection , Materials Management, Scheduling & Dispatch & Asset Lifecycle Management
Experience in requirement gathering and functional design preparation.
Understanding of integrations with GIS, ERP, Mobile Workforce, and other Oracle Utilities products.
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile methodology and implementation lifecycle.
Ability to support UAT and production issue resolution
Oracle Utilities WACS Certification.
Experience in Oracle Utilities CC&B, MDM, or CCS.
Knowledge of SQL and data validation queries.
Experience in Cloud implementations and integrations.
Exposure to Oracle Field Service or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Additional Information:
4+ Years in Oracle Utilities with experience in Oracle Utilities WACS Functional Consultant.
This position is based at our Bangalore office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
