Job Description
Inside Sales Specialist – Overseas Education
Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring students and parents. You will call assigned leads, qualify them based on their study abroad goals, and schedule appointments for our senior counseling team.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Contact prospective students and parents to introduce overseas education programs.
Lead Qualification: Understand student requirements, academic backgrounds, and financial budgets to qualify leads.
Appointment Setting: Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with counselors to drive enrollments.
Multichannel Follow-up: Nurture leads via consistent phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp tracking.
Query Resolution: Answer basic questions regarding international admissions, visas, and scholarships.
CRM & Targets: Maintain accurate student data in the CRM and meet daily calling and monthly conversion targets.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or EdTech/educational sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and objection-handling abilities.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and data entry.
Target-driven mindset.
