Job Opening: Junior VisionPLUS / Mainframe Developer (0–1 Year Experience)

Experience Level: 0–1 year
Preferred Total Experience: 6 months+

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of VisionPLUS and mainframe applications.
• Work with COBOL, JCL, and VSAM for coding, testing, and debugging.
• Assist in SQL/Python-based data handling and report generation.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver assigned tasks on time.
• Troubleshoot basic production or system issues with guidance.

Required Skills

Primary Skills:

• VisionPLUS
• Mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, VSAM)
• Basic SQL / Python

Secondary / Added Advantage:

• CICS, DB2, ServiceNow
• Strong communication skills
• Good time management
• Teamwork & adaptability
