Role Responsibilities:

• SAP PM Solution Design: Ability to lead business requirement discussions, map maintenance processes to SAP PM, and design end‑to‑end Plant Maintenance solutions in SAP S/4HANA.

• PM solution design: Ability to drive the business need discussions, map the requirements to SAP systems, and design the process for the client within SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). Should have exposure to perform the configuration as per the designed solution.

• PM solution development, testing and deployment: In‑depth knowledge of SAP PM solution development with an ability to support Actively participating in periodic meetings, proactively identifying and highlighting risks/gaps in the client processes. Provide overall architecture recommendations including integration scenarios with PP, MM, QM, FI/CO and Asset Accounting.

 

Requirement:

• 8-15 years of SAP implementation experience. 

• Strong written and verbal communication; able to lead discussions with global teams. 

• Hands‑on expertise in SAP PM (ECC or S/4HANA) with 2–3 end‑to‑end implementations. 

• 3+ years of S/4HANA experience, including 1–2 full lifecycle projects. 

• Deep understanding of PM processes: Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance, Refurbishment, Calibration, Planning & Scheduling, Work Clearance/Permit to Work, plus integration with production, procurement, and costing. 

• Ability to perform SAP configuration, create FSDs, and support testing and deployment. 

• Integration experience with PP, QM, MM, FI/CO. 

• Knowledge of industry processes across Pharma, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Utilities, Oil & Gas, and Chemicals. 

Participation in strategic initiatives and RFI/RFP activities.

 

Must‑Have Certifications

• SAP S/4HANA PM.

• APICS (CPIM, CSCP) would be an added advantage.

 

Experience & Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent education

• Exp Level: 8-15 Years of SAP consulting experience with 2-3 full lifecycle implementations in S/4 HANA PM
