Summary:
In the role of Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This includes developing neural network configurations and overseeing the training process using extensive datasets of unlabeled text. The position requires continuous refinement of model architectures to enhance performance and applicability across various natural language processing tasks, ensuring the models meet evolving project requirements and industry standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate these models into broader systems is also a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative language model architectures to meet project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align model capabilities with business objectives and technical constraints.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong expertise in designing and optimizing neural networks for natural language processing applications.
- Experience with large-scale data handling and training models on extensive unlabeled datasets.
- Ability to evaluate model performance and implement improvements based on quantitative metrics.
- Familiarity with programming frameworks and tools commonly used in machine learning model development.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to integrate machine learning solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
