Job Description:

Help build, manage, and grow Business Intelligence centre of excellence having deep understanding of Business Intelligence landscape, hands-on experience with two of Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc., data modelling and engineering. Work closely with different internal stakeholders to drive vision and the team independently.

Responsibilities:

Help create and a build a business intelligence practice.
Assess business intelligence landscape, create a roadmap and execute the same.
Keep a tab on what is new in the market, create POCs, and POVs to be presented to the client.
Hands on experience with two of Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.
Create solution architecture, proposals, RFPs, and present the same to the client.
Perform data analysis, build efficient data and semantic models, derive conclusions, recommendations, and business impact role.
Develop training plans, skill upgrades, best practices, standards, and templates.
Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions to improve performance and usability.

Technical Requirements:

Must have:
- 10+ Years of experience in Business Intelligence space.
- Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.
- Led a team of 10+ people.
- Exposure to Azure/ AWS/ GCP

Good to have:
- End to end project management on BI development
- Client and stakeholder management
- Presentation skills
- Effective communication
