Role: Project Coordinator

Location: Bangalore

Who are we looking for?

An experienced Project coordinator to lead and manage a project for one of our clients. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in administration and migration.

Technical Skills:

• Mandatory:
• Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in Project coordination or Project support
• Good knowledge on Change, Incident & problem management
• Manage the app packaging requests through its entire lifecycle
• Monitor & review the request and update the status to user on daily basis with ETA
• Build relationships with the user to quickly understand requirements and business objectives
• Coordinate with packaging team for package creation and monitor the SLA as well to complete the task.
• Preparing SOP and creating KB article for newly found issues.
• Updating daily task in SharePoint tracker at the end of the day.
• Managing the crisis situations and work under pressure to resolve the problems.
• Experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management process
• Experience in any ticketing tools like SNOW, ITSM etc.

• Resolve process issues of projects and explore alternate designs 
• Good communication and people skills
• Work as Team Leader and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. 
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction 
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity. 

Qualification: 

• Flexible in supporting any shifts ( 24/7) Including Night Shift.
• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
