Linux Shell Scripting + Teradata

We are seeking a skilled Shell Scripting Developer with strong expertise in Linux environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development and deployment experience, with exposure to databases such as Teradata, SQL, or Oracle SQL. This role is focused on development and deployment activities, not administration or support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Shell scripts for automation and system processes.

• Work extensively in Linux-based environments to support application development and deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment of applications.

• Optimize and troubleshoot scripts to improve performance and reliability.

• Integrate database queries (Teradata, SQL, Oracle SQL, or similar) into scripts and workflows.

• Participate in code reviews, deployment planning, and continuous integration activities.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Shell scripting.

• Solid working knowledge of Linux systems.

• Hands-on experience in development and deployment (not support/administration).

• Basic to intermediate experience with databases (Teradata, SQL, Oracle SQL, or equivalent).

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
