Inviting applications for the role of  Manager  - Data/Automation
You’re responsible to Data/Automation. And maintain a list of reporting tools. You will be able to provide accurate monthly updates to reporting tools. Consolidating feedback from reviewer and producing final version of reports. Perform upgrades to systems, publish reports in servers as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned
Responsibilities 
•    Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring optimal performance and usability. 
•    Relevant experience in 
•    Python Development, SQL, NoSQL, 
•    REST APIs, JSON, XML, Pandas, NumPy, 
•    Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, 
•    Feature Engineering, Prompt Chaining, LangChain, LlamaIndex, 
•    RAG Support, Power Automate, Power Apps, Automation Workflows, API-Based Automation, Agile/Scrum, Git, 
•    Unit TestingCollaborate closely with cross functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions. 
•    Ensure data quality, validation and transformation logic aligns with business rules and reporting standards. 
•    Document processes, workflows and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing. 
•    Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects. 
•    Experience in CPG / Retail / Healthcare industry would be good to have
•    · Unitary and Data Demographic analysis experience
•    · Work with individual responsibility on analytical projects/requests, drafting new SQL queries
•    Excellent aptitude for learning business, data, GUI tools, and analysis techniques
•    Basic understanding of business analysis and concepts
•    · Ability to interpret and present data in a manner to communicate findings and insights
Qualifications we seek in you! 
Minimum Qualifications 
•    BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBA  
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 
•    Strong expertise in data engineer concepts
•    Proficient in advance SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. 
•    Strong communication skills and ability to engage with healthcare finance business stakeholders. 
•    Exposure to AI-driven analytics and the incorporation of predictive models into Power BI visualizations.
