Strategy Manager

Manager-GDC Strategy

Roles & responsibilities 
Lead analytics-driven performance tracking for strategic initiatives, including KPIs, OKRs, benefits realization, and value tracking.
Design and manage executive-ready dashboards and insights to support leadership decision-making
Act as the central anchor for strategic initiatives, ensuring clear governance, milestones, dependencies, and risk management
Drive end-to-end tracking of strategic programs, including initiative charters, timelines, success metrics, and executive scorecards
Lead or support special strategy and transformation initiatives requiring rapid structuring, analytics, and executive storytelling.
Provide on-demand insights for leadership presentations, board materials, and strategy offsites
Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment across strategy, execution teams, and leadership.
Drive cross-functional coordination across Audit Industry, Operations, Growth, and Enablement teams

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau etc.)
Experience in Microsoft suite
Strong project management skills

       

 

This role is for you if you have  the below
Educational qualifications 
Tier-1 or Tier-2 MBA graduate with specialization in data analytics (preferred)
Work experience
6–9 years of total experience, with significant exposure to strategy, PMO or transformation roles.
Prior experience working with senior leadership or US/global stakeholders (preferred)
Experience in professional services / consulting / large matrixed organizations is a plus
