Role Purpose
The position is responsible for growing and managing the super premium card portfolio for SBI Card.
Role Accountability
- This is a frontline sales position responsible for achieving monthly & annual sales targets of a Super Premium card directly to NHIs, CXOs and other such good profile customers & opinion makers in the society.
- Generate leads of new prospective customers through various means including cold calling, industry databases, references, etc. and Maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure steady inflow of applications.
- Understand the customer profile, lifestyle needs and accordingly pitch the value proposition of the card to the prospective customers in face-to-face meetings.
- Engage with the customer by handling customer objections & queries with respect to product, pricing & competition product etc. Using good selling skills, create a compelling reason for the customer to buy the card. Provide an excellent onboarding experience to the customer.
- Complete the application filling journey with the customer by ensuring accuracy, completeness of applications & documents.
- Seamless handover of the customer post onboarding to Service Manager.
- Be the brand ambassador & generate leads from the existing customers.
- Provide market/customer feedback for product improvements.

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
Experience in BFSI and/or Experience in HNI servicing/sales

Qualification
Graduate /Post Graduate
Preferred Industry
Minimum 1 year of experience in direct selling to customers in the fields of Real estate, investments, insurance, credit cards, wealth products, etc.
