.Net Lead

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of applications using .NET, .NET Core, and .NET Web API. • Architect and implement RESTful APIs and backend services ensuring performance, scalability, and security. • Utilize ADO.NET for efficient data access, query optimization, and interaction with relational databases. • Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices and design patterns within the team. • Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical direction and constructive feedback. • Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement robust fixes and improvements. • Participate in estimation, planning, and delivery of features using agile methodologies. • Ensure proper documentation of designs, APIs, and technical decisions for maintainability and knowledge sharing. • Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to support automated testing, deployment, and release processes. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (BTech, BE, BSc, BCA, ME, MTech, MSc, MCA). • 5–9 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using .NET technologies. • Strong expertise in .NET and .NET Core for building enterprise-grade applications. • Proven experience in building and consuming .NET Web APIs / Web API services. • Solid experience with ADO.NET for data access, including writing complex queries and optimizing database interactions. • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design principles, and software development life cycle (SDLC). • Experience working in collaborative, agile development environments.
