OTC Process Rep, Associate - OTC Process Representative - OTC Process Specialist

Job Duties

  • The Invoicing / EFT team member will be part of the electronic field ticketing (eFT) team. Position will include eFT submissions, approvals and releases to invoicing, daily tracking of the cases, sending enquiries to cases pending inputs.
  • Month / Quarter end closures
  • Develop & maintain Internal Customer relationship
  • Daily reporting of individual portfolios to track and monitor the ageing
  • Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
  • This is an entry level role into the OTC function
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 months of experience working in an office environment are required
  • Degree in Commerce and previous experience working in the oil and gas industry, specifically in business development, field operations, or field engineering are preferred
  • Experienced in Order To Cash (Sales Order, Billing & Dispute Management), hands on experience on SAP / Sales Force will be an added advantage

 

Work Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Work Schedule: Night Shift 5pm to 2am, Work From Office
