Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate release management activities to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their development within the project environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- Experience with cloud-based data storage, processing, and integration services within Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and stability.
- Knowledge of release management processes and version control in cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
