Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines and integrate various ecosystem components to ensure seamless application lifecycle management. Your role includes executing continuous testing practices focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression, while also developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts. You actively participate in reviewing code, tracking and reporting defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to uphold high-quality standards throughout the development cycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate testing processes and tools to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies including functional, regression, and security testing.
- Ability to configure and manage test environments and data to ensure reliable and repeatable test execution.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools to facilitate effective communication and resolution.
- Experience participating in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
