What would you do? The Performance & Career Mgmt. Sr. Associate will process incoming requests received through emails or any other application. These requests include resolving and/or completing service requests and working collaboratively with the team members, other internal teams, Third Party vendors or Client. Must have sound technical knowledge in operational activities and are responsible for the performance of duties as defined Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. Design, develop, implement and manage business solutions within Workday s HCM Tracking Library focusing on the talent and performance management data and aspects of an organization.
What are we looking for? •Education qualification: Bachelor or Graduate •2+ years of HR Experience in International BPO •Performance & Career Mgmt. a plus •Workday Experience a plus • HR Domain certification would be a plus •Strong MS Office and Excel skills • Good organizational & prioritization skills. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Multi-cultural awareness. • Passion for customer service. • Team player. • Results & detail-oriented • Focus on high data accuracy. • Quality driven – in communications and all system transactions. • Ability to deal with customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner and escalate where appropriate • Good written and verbal skills. Strong English language communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities: • Ensure and maintain the security and confidentiality of client data. • Manage workflow of cases effectively and take remedial action or escalate as necessary • Update client applications accurately and quickly in accordance with the appropriate User Guides. • Understand and adhere to Accenture’s processes and working methods in Performance Services • Understand relevant HR and Safety legislation as appropriate and be able to use to manage cases and inform clients • Understand the full range of related work areas in Performance and Advisory Services and how these can assist in case management • Manage client relationships to agreed satisfactory outcome of cases • Understand client’s policies and procedures relating to Performance Services • Ensure and apply the measures required to maintain the data security of all Accenture’s and its client’s data. Understand and act in compliance with Accenture and its client’s policies and procedures with regard to Data Protection. • Have customer facing experience & experience of using telephony to speak with clients. • Help Client with Evaluation process & resolving errors • Must have clear understanding of the existing performance metrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent • Follow LWIs while processing & highlight any anomalies in LWIs/process documentation to the SME/Leads. • Provide support to Client in terms of goal setting & admin support for every miletone of PMP lifecycle. • Ensure Customer Satisfaction • Participate in Team building activities. • Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controls •Reports to: Team Lead Supervises
