Job Description

Junior Accountant, or Entry-Level Accountant, manages daily financial transactions, maintains accurate ledgers, and assists with month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Recording daily financial transactions, managing accounts payable/receivable, and maintaining general ledgers.
  • Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and monthly/yearly closing reports.
  • Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and assisting with internal audits.
  • Documentation: Maintaining financial files, records, and documentation.
