Project Role : Performance Engineer
Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary:
As a Performance Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues that the in-house performance testing team has been unable to resolve. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand the software development lifecycle and architecture, while also focusing on performance testing and validation. You will be actively involved in capacity planning, application performance management, and problem detection and resolution, ensuring that the applications meet the highest performance standards. Your role will require a keen analytical mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing performance-related challenges.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance requirements are integrated into the development process.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong understanding of performance testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience with load testing and stress testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance data to identify bottlenecks.
