Automation Platform Administrator - RPA and Microsoft Power Platform

Platform - RPA System Admin-Associate Consultant-MFT - KGS CH

We are seeking an experienced Automation Platform Administrator to manage, govern, and ensure the stability of our diverse automation ecosystem. This role is responsible for the health and performance of our RPA (Automation Anywhere), Microsoft Power Platform, and Document Automation technologies, requiring a proactive approach to system security and optimization.

• Administer the health, security, and governance of our RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and / or Document Automation (DA) environments.
• Manage user access, software licenses, and system resources (e.g., Bot runners, gateways, capacity) to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
• Define and enforce Power Platform governance, including environment strategy and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Proactively monitor all platforms, troubleshoot system-level issues, and support upgrades and patches to maintain stability.
• Collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure smooth and secure automation operations.
• Produce reports on system health, performance, and license use.
• Assist with ad-hoc initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Platform team.

 

• 3-5 years in automation system administration, with hands-on experience managing RPA (Automation Anywhere or others).
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting complex system issues and using monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with experience in an Agile environment.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience with Document Automation (DA) platforms and Microsoft Power Platform (Automate, BI etc.) is a plus.

Experience with Azure AI / Open AI API Models is a plus
