Could you be the full-time Procure to Pay Associate 1 in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure the efficiency and accuracy of our Procure to Pay processes, playing a crucial role in our financial operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Sourcing, Supply Chain, HR), managing payables, disbursements, and travel & expense processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of validating and processing invoices, managing payment schedules, and handling employee expense claims, but also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions
Adherence to internal controls and policies
Effective communication with both internal teams and external partners
Active participation in root cause analysis for issue resolution
Contribution to a culture of continuous improvement
Supporting the team in achieving financial accuracy and compliance

Graduate in Accounting / Finance
Experience or understanding of accounting principles
Knowledge of accounting tools and ERP systems
Familiarity with financial processes
