What would you do? As a Global P+ Supplier Portfolio Integration Specialist, the individual will be responsible for managing the transition of the acquired companies’ supplier portfolio to Accenture Procurement Plus standards. This includes validating data, completing initial supplier dispositioning, working with Procurement Plus teams across the globe, establishing relationships with the Acquired companies’ stakeholders, holding regular status update meetings, and reporting on deals monthly. The Global P+ Supplier Portfolio Integration Specialist will manage on average 10 acquisitions across the globe at any given time, dependent on V&A pipeline.
What are we looking for? • Fluent in English • Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management
Roles and Responsibilities: • Flexible schedule: available for early morning/late evening calls based on acquisition location. • Can work autonomously and ensure implementation and compliance with global processes. • Self-starter who can establish and manage priorities; manage projects independently. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail oriented. Good to have. • Experience working on Project Management. • Experience presenting to Management. • Experience working on AI Flexible schedule to cover meetings in various countries associated with Projects; able to handle many moving parts; can stay focused and see the big picture; strategic thinker; driver of procurement policies; likes challenges. Demanding role due to the nature of transitioning newly acquired companies into Accenture and the global portfolio currently handled by Ventures and Acquisitions
