Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The position demands continuous coordination with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, while proactively addressing any challenges that may arise to keep the project on track and within scope.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project activities to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to promote transparency and efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to mitigate risks.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and agile frameworks.
- Ability to use project management tools to track progress and report status.
- Experience in risk management and issue resolution within project environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in dynamic settings.
