• Knowledge of more than one technology • Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals • Knowledge of Testing tools • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects • Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes • Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements • Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills • Good understanding of the technology and domain • Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of robust Python applications using Django and Flask. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance user interfaces with React. - Ensure the scalability and performance of web applications. - Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices. - Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field. - 5-8 years of professional experience in Python development. - Proven expertise in Django and Flask frameworks. - Strong proficiency in React for frontend development. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Angular for additional frontend capabilities. - Demonstrated leadership skills in a technology-driven environment. - Track record of successful project delivery and team collaboration. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks quickly. Good to have skills: RESTful APIs, Microservices, Pandas, Data Analysis, Docker
