Project Role : Quality Assurance PractitionerProject Role Description : Support quality assurance programs to monitor performance and compliance of processes, procedures, and policies. Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Practitioner, a typical day involves offering comprehensive support to quality assurance directors by conducting thorough quality assurance evaluations. The role includes assisting recovery teams in addressing issues and performing detailed root cause analyses to identify underlying problems. This position requires active engagement in maintaining and enhancing quality standards across projects, ensuring that processes and outcomes meet organizational expectations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth quality assurance operations is a key aspect of daily activities, contributing to continuous improvement and effective problem resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
- Experience in designing and executing performance test plans and scripts using Apache JMeter.
- Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve system performance.
- Familiarity with integrating Apache JMeter with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Strong understanding of load testing concepts and performance monitoring techniques.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test execution and environment setup.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
