Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable testing architectures that support evolving project requirements.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality standards and testing practices across projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong expertise in designing and deploying automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with integration of robotic process automation tools within quality engineering workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to automation and testing.
- Excellent understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance principles.
