Job Description

• Independently manage the workstreams with proficiency in coding and monitor the outputs from other team members
• Ensure prompt communication between client stakeholders and the team
• Should have good understanding of CPG Industry with solutions like Assortments, AB testing, Pricing.
• Take complete ownership of all assigned projects/tasks, with a high focus on quality and client delight
• Lead the development of the analysis plan for any new task and translate the requirements clearly to the team
• Ensure successful completion of client deliverables in line with the project plan/scope
• Generate actionable insights from the analysis and ensure compelling executive summaries and storytelling through the output
• Identify gap in the processes; optimize & streamline
• Lead calls from offshore to discuss project updates, results, etc. and share MoMs as and when needed
• Be proactive in flagging potential issues/concerns to RM/TH so that corrective actions are taken at the right time
• Mentor and groom junior/new members in the team
