Job Description
- Execute multi-step QC protocols across phones, laptops, and other electronics — functionally testing, cosmetically grading, and accurately labelling every incoming device before it's listed or dispatched.
- Design and continuously refine QC protocols by researching technical specifications across device categories — building structured, repeatable checklists that scale with inventory volume.
- Ensure QC-cleared products move to buyers on time — coordinating with operations and logistics to hold the line on quality without creating unnecessary delays in the fulfilment cycle.
- Drive down quality-related returns by identifying root causes of past issues, flagging recurring problem device types or sellers, and proactively tightening inspection benchmarks.
- Own end-to-end resolution of quality issues — from investigating post-delivery complaints to spotting patterns in seller submissions that may indicate misrepresentation or fraud.
- Build Circle's quality infrastructure from the ground up — this is not a maintenance role. You'll create the grading standards, documentation, and internal processes that make quality assurance a structural advantage for the platform.
