Works with Product/Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.

Good to have skills : Data Architecture Principles, AWS BigData, Scrum

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Release Train Engineer, you will facilitate Agile Release Train events and processes, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and addressing any progress impediments. Your typical day will involve managing risks, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with Product/Solution Management and Product Owners to align strategy with execution, fostering a productive and agile environment for the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of Agile practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Architecture Principles, AWS BigData, Scrum.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in using project management tools to track progress and facilitate collaboration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
