Sales Executive-Loan Against Shares-Sales (D0)
As a Sales Executive, you will be a key member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and cross-selling our loan against shares products. Your role is crucial in achieving sales targets and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with our experienced team to understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.- Generate leads and acquire new clients for loan against shares products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cross-sell and up-sell loan products to existing clients, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.
- Attend industry events and network to expand the bank's presence and client base.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all sales activities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by the management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during sales processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of loan products, especially loan against shares, is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales portfolio.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry developments and regulations.
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach to sales.
