Requirement:

• Hands on expertise in ABAP Cloud, CDS, Odata, Gateway, RESTful ABAP Programming Language (RAP), IDOC, Adobe Forms/Fragmented Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, Forms, ATC. 
• Adhering and contributing to guidelines and quality standards
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment.
• It’s a very strategic project; the developer would work on some of the cutting age functional/technical stuff and must work independently. 
• Experience with report development, performance tuning, modification, and support of SAP customized and standard programming.
• Experience in SQL Trace, SAP Run time analysis, Debugging ABAP.
• Good experience on Core ABAP RICEFW Dictionary, Business Add-In, BADIs, Data Interfaces, RFC, ALE, ALV, IDOCS, BDC, BAPI, BDC, LSMW.
• Candidate should be strong in Core ABAP
• Should have extensive experience in RAP, BADI, OData services and CDS views and AMDP.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience. 
• Clean Core Mindset and Experience.
• Very well demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines; effective communication with senior management, clients, peers, and team members. 
• Experience in Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk) and Side by Side Extensibility (Preferred).
• Experience with SAPUI5 and/or HTML5 or other Front-end Web Application development frameworks and Full Stack Web IDE 
• Scope, requirement management and development experience in S/4HANA WRICEF Implementation, S/4HANA conversions & custom code remediation.

Technical Skills:

Mandatory:
• Core ABAP: Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, ALV, Smartforms/Adobe Forms
• ABAP on HANA: CDS Views, AMDP, Performance Tuning
• ABAP RAP: Behaviour Definitions, Business Objects,    
Determinations/Validations, Service Binding (OData V4), Adobe forms.
• Debugging, Performance Optimization
• Transport Management, Lifecycle Management Technical Skills.

Must-Have Certifications

• Certification in ABAP on Hana or Back-End Developer - ABAP Cloud. (Desired)

Role Responsibilities:

• Our development consultants will be involved in the development from offshore for enhancements, delivery of projects and provide support to our clients. Occasional Onshore delivery is possible depending on the scope of the client and the projects
• Reports to the Offshore Technical Manager.
• Responsible for the delivery of work assigned to them and work coordinated with their functional stake holders during build and testing.
• Work closely with work stream functional consultants, solution engineers and solution experts in resolving issues raised and ensuring developed IT solutions are compliant with design/requirements
• Able to estimate and contribute to the requirement analysis, design, build and test of RICEFW (Reports Conversion Enhancements Forms and Workflows)
• Work with SAP Fiori/UI5 teams to integrate RAP-based services with frontend applications.
• Responsible for delivering from offshore on time, on schedule, within scope and adopting industry best practice and quality
• Understand the high-level design, functional specifications for a process area and develop the technical specifications
• Adopt the Development and unit testing of RICEFW components according to quality standards prescribed.
• Should be able to mentor Junior team members and coach them.

Experience & Background:

• B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
• 4 - 6.5 years of IT industry experience in SAP domain.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Have strong analytical and logical skills
