Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP IBP implementation projects, specifically O9 Optimization.
• Hands-on expertise in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Response & Supply.
• Proficiency in CPI-DS for data integration and knowledge of HCI/SDI.
• Good understanding of S&OP processes and supply chain best practices.
• Ability to configure planning operators, key figures, and planning areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP IBP certification (especially in Supply Chain Planning or O9 Optimization).
• Experience with S4 HANA integration.
• Exposure to cloud deployment and performance optimization techniques.
