Area(s) of responsibility
Must-Have Skills
SAP SD Core: Sales documents (header/item/category), copy control, status profiles, delivery & billing, returns/refunds.
Pricing & Taxes: Condition technique, pricing procedure design, discounts/surcharges, freight, GST/VAT configuration, account determination.
Distribution & Shipping: Route determination, transport planning, shipping points, loading groups, picking/packing, PGI, shipment costing.
ATP & Credit: Availability check strategies, Backorder Processing, Dynamic Product Allocation; Credit Management (classic & FSCM).
Integration: MM/PP/FI/CO, EWM/TM basics, IDoc/EDI/BAPI; external 3PL/courier integrations.
Outputs & Forms: Output determination (NACE / BRF+), SmartForms/Adobe for invoice, delivery note, shipping labels.
Data & Migration: LSMW/BDC, DS/CPI-DS basics, customer/material master harmonization.
Documentation & Testing: Functional specs (WRICEF), test scripts, end-user training, and defect triage.
