Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, your day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of Security Services projects. You coordinate with global teams to utilize established methods, tools, training, and assets, ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently. Your role requires managing multiple facets of project delivery, aligning resources, and maintaining clear communication channels to support seamless implementation and client satisfaction. You actively monitor progress and address challenges to uphold the quality and timeliness of security solutions within a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to maintain schedule adherence and quality standards.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations, Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong understanding of identity governance and administration principles.
- Experience in managing security service delivery within complex organizational environments.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges related to identity and access management platforms.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and best practices in identity management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
