Role: Senior Analyst – People Operations (Compliance)
Business Unit: Capability Hubs (US HR Operations)
Location: Bangalore, India
Geo Supported: United States
Shift Timings: US Shift (4:30 PM – 1:00 AM IST)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Role Overview
The Senior Analyst – People Operations (Compliance) supports end-to-end HR compliance operations for the US
business by ensuring accurate data management, regulatory adherence, and timely execution of compliance-driven
processes. The role focuses on monitoring employee compliance, maintaining HR data integrity, generating reports,
and supporting audit-ready documentation while adhering to defined SLAs and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute day-to-day People Operations compliance activities in line with policies and regulations
• Generate, analyze, and maintain compliance-related reports and dashboards
• Enter, validate, and update employee and compliance data across HR systems
• Monitor employee compliance, identify anomalies, and communicate findings
• Act as a point of contact for HR partners, onshore teams, and support functions
• Manage and resolve escalated compliance-related queries
• Ensure processes are documented and executed within agreed SLAs
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and quality enhancement
• Support audits, reviews, and compliance checks with accurate documentation
Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong data handling and reporting skills
• Experience working with multiple HR or operational systems
• Understanding of HR operations and compliance controls
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Experience in an operational or contact-center environment
• Exposure to international or US-based HR operations
• Strong stakeholder and relationship-management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
