Senior Associate

Roles & responsibilities
The successful candidate will be working as a Delivery & Operations Associate – People Operations, providing execution-focused support across multiple people-related initiatives. The role is designed to enable senior leadership to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring dependable, high-quality operational delivery. The role will include, but not be limited to:
·Support the delivery of people-related initiatives, including Senior Manager Development Centres, training programmes, and recruitment coordination activities.·Draft clear and professional communications, engage and coordinate with external speakers, and liaise effectively with central teams.·Manage end-to-end logistics including timelines, checklists, dependencies, and follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Stakeholder Coordination
·Coordinate with central learning teams, student recruitment, Centres of Excellence (COEs), and other internal stakeholders to progress activities and deliver outcomes effectively.·
Quality & Delivery Excellence
·Produce high-quality, accurate outputs based on brief instructions and limited direction.·Apply sound judgement on issue management, escalating risks or concerns only where necessary.·Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, take ownership of tasks, and minimise repeat questions.·
Administrative & Operational Support
·Maintain operational trackers, documentation, action logs, and project records.·Support meeting preparation, documentation, and post-meeting follow-ups as required.
Skills & Experience
•Highly organised, detail-oriented, and dependable, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.•Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective coordination capability.•Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and teams•Able to work from high-level instructions with minimal supervision and strong ownership mindset.•Demonstrates good judgement in identifying risks, dependencies, and when to seek clarification.
Role Nature
•Tactical and execution-focused role with a defined time horizon.•This role provides dedicated business and administrative support to the Central Leadership Team, ensuring consistent, accurate, and timely delivery of day‑to‑day operations. The position supports the effective functioning of the team through routine task coordination, direct support to managers, and the maintenance of high standards of documentation and communication.Experience Level
