Role profile:
We’re looking for a passionate Senior Associate – Controls Insights and Enablement who will support a multi‑disciplinary tower responsible for analytics, reporting, automation, and risk management within the Finance Risk and Controls team. The role combines Power BI reporting, Fusion ORMC (Oracle Risk Management & Compliance) controls design and maintenance, data engineering, and process automation to drive high‑quality insights, strengthen financial controls, and modernize operational processes using advanced technologies including AI.
This is a hands‑on role requiring strong analytical skills, experience with dashboarding and data pipelines, a passion for automation, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across business, internal controls, and engineering.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics (Power BI plus Data Modelling)
Design, build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for leadership, control owners, and operational teams.
Translate business requirements into actionable and intuitive data visualizations.
Perform insights analysis to identify trends, patterns, and exceptions that support decision‑making.
Troubleshoot report issues, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting layers.
Oracle Fusion Risk Management Cloud (ORMC) – Controls Design & Support
Lead the design, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Advanced Financial Controls (AFCs) and Advanced Access Controls (AACs)/ SODs within Oracle Fusion ORMC.
Partner with internal controls teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define control logic, rule configurations, and exception workflows.
Monitor ORMC dashboards, incidents, and automated controls to ensure continuous effectiveness.
Support enhancements such as new models, updated thresholds, new risk rules, and improved workflows.
Document functional requirements, configuration changes, and design decisions for audit and governance needs.
Process Improvement & Automation (AI + Tools Integration)
Identify opportunities to automate recurring, manual, or time‑consuming tasks across the Risk and Controls team.
Develop automation and workflow solutions using tools/platforms such as Azure (Logic Apps, Functions), Power Automate, Python‑based scripts (where relevant), or other low‑code platforms to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by integrating AI/ML‑based automation where beneficial to enhance process efficiency and strengthen control effectiveness.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT with a focus on data insights/ analytics, automation, and/ or controls-related technologies.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
Power BI (must-have): DAX, data modelling, Power Query, visualization best practices
SQL proficiency (must‑have):
Ability to write and optimize SQL queries
Exposure to data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
Oracle Fusion ORMC experience (preferred but can be learned):
AAC (SOD)/AFC configuration/ control design
Data & automation tools experience such as:
Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Data Factory) OR AWS (Step Functions, Lambda)
Power Automate
Scripting exposure (Python or similar)
Any low‑code workflow automation tools
Understanding of machine learning concepts (nice‑to‑have):
Useful for AI‑driven process enhancements
Familiarity with internal control frameworks, risk management, or SOX/ICFR (added advantage)
